We hope that all our products reach you safely undamaged, and they they comply completly with the description on our website. So we hope you will never need to reference this page.
However in the unfortunate event that you do want to return some goods there are a few points you should consider.
WHAT can be returned?
The following items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Items in their original sealed product packaging. (Vinyl records are fragile, and CD's are easy to copy, so unfortunately we can not take returns where the record packaging has been opened.) Please contact us (via the contact us page), and we will specify returns procedure. All item to be returned to us must be packaged safely so as to arrive back to us in safe condition. You can reuse the packaging we sent it to you in if you have not damaged it when opening. Returns will be posted at the customers expense. The original purchase price of the product will be refunded or credited upon receipt of undamaged goods.The original postage charges have already been consumed and so can not be refunded. Please choose your purchases carefully.
Items that have been damaged in transit. We endevour to package all of our shipments carefully so that they are protected as much as possible from courier mishaps. If we are unsuccesful and your deleivery is damaged, please contact us (via the contact us page), submit a photo of you damaged shipment, and we will arrange, depending on your preference, either a replacement (where the same title is still available), or a credit or refund of the original purchase price and shipping fees.

Returns must be initiated with 30 days of the initial shipment from our warehouse.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
This depends on the nature of the product. We will provide you with full deleivery details at the time when you contact us.
HOW do customers return items?
On all returns please include your purchase invoice details so that we can cross refernce the returned item to your account.
SHIPPING for returns?
Damage goods do not need to be returned. The only reason for a return is if you changed your mind or selected the wrong product. We will glady refund your purchase price on receipt of the the original undamaged goods, but the postage fees are an expense which has alrady been incurred and unfortunately can not be refunded. this applies both to the original postage and the return postage.. Please choose your items carefully and we will never have to face this cirumstance.
CREDIT for returns?
If you would prefer a credit instead of a refund please let us know and this can be arranged and added to your account.
